Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to a strategic project in the healthcare sector, within an international environment. You will be involved in the design and development of impactful digital solutions, collaborating with experienced teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications
Work with data using SQL (querying, optimization, structuring)
Integrate external systems via APIs (REST / SOAP)
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement
Work autonomously while actively contributing to team dynamics

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack development
Strong SQL skills
Proficiency in C# / .NET or Java
Comfortable working with low-code environments
English level: B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
