Our challenge was elsewhere: building a production-ready real estate platform connected to APIMO, capable of exposing a catalog of thousands of properties, synchronizing data nightly, and converting visits into leads through multi-agency routing and email automations.

Reliable business data on the website
APIMO is not a CMS. It's business software with its constraints: object structures, statuses, media, heterogeneous fields. We had to normalize and stabilize all of this on the web side.
Robust nightly synchronization
Every night, the site rebuilds its state from APIMO. Managing deltas, deletions, status changes, images, and inconsistencies. Avoiding the "broken site" effect at the slightest API issue.
Industrialized multi-agency conversion
One form per agency means: precise request routing, email templates per agency, anti-spam, deliverability and traceability. Zero tolerance for lost leads.

APIMO → web model mapping (properties, promotions, lots, media, statuses). Nightly sync scripts + consistency checks. Resilience strategy (retries, logs, fallback).
Experience & performance
Search engine and filters designed to support a large catalog without degrading fluidity. Rich "action-oriented" listings (file request, visit, contact).
Automation & reliability
Multi-agency routing with email rules. Anti-spam protection and submission validation. Monitoring (sync OK/KO, processed volume, errors).
